GASTROENTEROLOGY PRACTICE CLOSURE
I will be closing my Gastroenterology practice in St. Catharines in order to relocate to Mississauga.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be taking new patients into my practice as of July 1st 2017. A notice will be sent to patients and their referring providers to inform them of cancellations so that alternate care can be sought.
I will provide ongoing care to existing patients through to September/October 2017 until my replacement can start. Patient records will copied to my replacement to help continue care.
Patients may request that their records be transferred to another physician by signing a written authorization available at the reception.

At Power Lab VBS Kid's Camp. Kids will jump into their Lab Crew and discover Mind Blowing Adventure while building a new enthusiasm for Jesus! Kids will have a day full of fun, science-themed surprises, where amazing things will happen.
